Common questions

How do I get started?

Sign up at app.candecide.com and start immediately with 100,000 free events and 5GB storage. No credit card required. You can be tracking events in your app within minutes.

How does data retention work?

We use smart rollup instead of deleting your data. Raw events are kept for 30 days (Free) to 2 years (Business). After that, data rolls up into aggregates - so you can always see historical trends forever. We never delete your insights.

How does pricing work?

Plans are based on events and storage. Free: 100K events + 5GB. Starter (£39/mo): 500K events + 25GB. Pro (£129/mo): 2M events + 100GB. Business (£349/mo): 10M events + 250GB. All plans include forever aggregated data.

What's your support response time?

Starter/Pro customers receive email support with 24-48 hour response times. Priority support (Business+) guarantees faster response SLAs. Enterprise customers get dedicated support with custom SLAs.

What's the difference between raw and aggregated data?

Raw data lets you drill into individual events - perfect for debugging. Aggregated data shows trends and summaries - you can see 'users over time' forever, even if you can't see individual sessions from a year ago. Both are valuable.
